Who can introduce
How you can work with us depends on your regulatory status. We confirm which route applies to you during onboarding.
- FCA-authorised firms — we check your FRN and permissions.
- Professional introducers who refer clients only, without arranging or advising.
- Firms appointed as our introducer appointed representatives, where that route applies.
Payment and disclosure
- Introducers are paid by Charles Frank Finance, not by your client.
- You must tell your client about any payment you receive before you refer them, and we keep a record of that disclosure.
- Introducers must not take money from the client or negotiate terms on their behalf.
- Commission terms are confirmed in writing during onboarding.
